Rapid Heme Panel

Jon Aster, MD, PhD discusses The Rapid Heme Panel, the new DNA-based test, developed by cancer specialists at Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center.  The test relies on relatively new to analyze the 95 genes which are among the most commonly mutated genes in blood cancers.

This test provides more in-depth information across a much larger number of genes in less time, allowing clinicians to start therapy more quickly and to select the most appropriate therapies available.
